As Product Manager at IVC Evidensia (pet care), Steve is involved in building up the product organization, for a newly started initiative focused on pet owners in the UK, from the ground up together with the head of product and other product leaders according to lean-agile principles and ways of working. He is responsible for the area “Onboarding”, which extends from acquisition, on to onboarding and finally activation.
Steve is responsible for, based on customer needs and business requirements, assessing the benefits for the customer and business, setting requirements and driving further development and refinement of the products. As Product Manager he works with two distributed agile teams, using both Scrum and Kanban.
One team consisting of development, design and testing is based in the UK and manages the majority of websites built on the Kentico CMS platform. The other team that also consists of development, design and testing is a distributed team (Sweden, UK, Bulgaria and Serbia) building and maintaining native app built using React Native on top of a (mostly) .NET stack.
He is also the initiator of a number of business development activities, such as the introduction of company-wide OKRs.
